I like lisa but I have a feeling like in DOA5, you won't really see her much online in DOA6, no one seems to want to touch her xD Same with Raidou, I think only DB will really use him, but I think the Ninjas and Nico, Diego and Phase will overshadow all the others in popularity

Because most people can't handle that black booty goodness. They prefer loli booty instead.

That and they usually prefer characters who don't have to work as hard to win and who are faster in general xD

Standard player: Lisa is too hard to use.
Substandard player: I lag so much that I only use Lisa and Brad Wong.
Mega-sub-standard player: I don't play the dark-skinned characters.
Inhuman: I only pick Lisa in the dojo stage.

@KasumiLover What's worse is the characters that are hard and ain't shit on tier lists either. Lisa doesn't seem hard to me but that's probably the VF talking where almost everyone is like Lisa. Just the right amount of difficult. The mixup potential is endless.

Akira's tough to pick up and he does pretty well tier-wise, IMO.

@Hold_Junkie93 yeah but for the most part higher tier characters in DOA are fast, have great mix up and guarantees, and have good momentum and holds etc. Thats why people would rather use phase than lisa, sure Phase is worse in LR but why use lisa when you'll have an easier time with phase? XD plus Lisa is pretty eh imo gameplay wise, powerful but she's pretty slow for a spacing type grapple character

Phase-4 isn't overly challenging, but I wouldn't exactly call her easier to play than Lisa. Phase-4 is basically a Tekken character in DOA.

Yeah, I get it. @Brute that's how he's designed. He's SS in FS with Jacky. You'll look at their moves and say they're mad basic but it's their versatility in combo situations (Heavy characters aren't safe), their sabakis and nitaku (options wen -6) ability. As wells as unblockable/tech traps (Damage output) and counterhit 12-14f moves that grant combos.

Yeah but Phase I mean is more straightforward and less hard to win with in most cases than Lisa sincr she has speed and damage output, she's only missing safety and a good neutral but Lisa lacks speed and general neutral besides being better at range xD

Lisa I feel will have good use at launch but as the game settles down, so will her usage rate in favor of better more dominant characters

That teleport puts fear in people huh better than stun 7K6 mix ups
