The first attack I used was Lisa's 4H+K(Helicoptero)
which cannot be comboed off of but is i12(2 active frames), does 50dmg on counter, and transitions into her carerra stance(4H+K6).
The second one was her 7K(Backwheel)
which can be comboed off of, is i16(3 active frames) 37dmg on counter, and can also transition into her carerra stance (7K6)
in my opinion it is a bit trickier to do 7K than 4H+K against wake-up kicks
I'm pretty sure there are many more attacks that will beat the wake-ups with her, happy huntin
p.s. if you want a more consistent wake up killer, use 8T or 236P
