Thanks Awesmic, this helps me a lot. I just tested out her 8K against the wakeup kicks and yeah it worked. The only thing is that it requires precise timing. Can't be too early or too late, or else you'll be eating a critical stun.

I can't help you with Christie in tag, but I know a little bit about playing her in singles.

Her normal hit launchers are 33p, p+k (from JAK) and 9k. Others, like 8k, 4h+k, p+k (from JAK), 2pp, 3p (while crouching) and 4k launch on counter hit or stun threshold.

Her stun extenders include p, h+k, 3p, 3k, 214p, and 4k.

Her 214p, while slow and linear, is her most useful unholdable stun. It's best used as a whiff punisher. If it lands then you can get a guaranteed 6p every time, which should aid you in applying pressure to the opponent, which Christie thrives on.

Keep in mind I have no hands-on experience with the current version. But according to what a friend of mine told me, with this new system regarding launchers vs. wakeup kicks , it's possible for a move like Christie's 8k to beat out wakeup kicks based on the damage priority factor (when both attacks are simultaneous). Try testing that out too.

Yeah, I forgot to mention I just did her command training and hopped online so I knew no juggles or fundamentals for her play XD. I just tried to use her JK stance to dodge and attack and stuff but that was it.

I think i pretty much have nothing left to say about Helena but for Christie, since i dont know much about her, all i could say was, you should do launchers at the end of her combos. I noticed you would just knock them over.
