Hm, a lot of what you're doing seems as if you're panicking... Something that helped me out with learning DoA 5U Hitomi was just looking up random combo videos to see what moves Hitomi had that lead into the stun game, as well as what to combo with. Just be a bit more familiar with the character, and then I think you'll see yourself progressing!
