It's looking like he's basically the same with one new bounce throw, one new hit throw, and altered move properties.

I really want buffed damage on the dervish throw, an equivalent to Tina's 364T, lower height for air throw and a bunch of guard breaks & sit-down stuns. If I get that, I'm happy.

He had better keep his low mix-up strings, too.

Agreed. Somehow, I never got to execute a successful air throw from him when his opponent is hurled up in midair. I would like to see that fixed.

They basically had to enter the atmosphere for the throw to connect.
