Christie main strength is her fast attack speed combined with her many delayable string options, which can make her very hard to contest in close quarters. Her throws are fairly weak, so it can be difficult for her to discourage or punish holding.

One of Christie's key moves is her :2::F+K: string and its variations. It's highly evasive and will even go under a handful of mid attacks. Unlike many low sweeps in the game it does not knock down on counter-hit, so opponents will always be in danger of getting hit with the follow-up kick that causes limbo stun, potentially giving her a free launcher.
