I put up a small guide for personal use and think it'd be nice to have it here as well.
Safe Moves:
-3GB

-5GB (You should probably never, ever finish this string though)

Launchers:
mid punch
mid kick
high kick
mid punch
mid kick
Unholdable stuns:
sit-down stun: guarantees nothing, as usual.
causes that back-turned stun in closed stance, guarantees 33K launcher.
Throws:
is his i7 punish. (He has no 4T grab)
is the Oboro. I use this one to punish holds because I'm not bothering with the Underworld Drop Throw.
is a weak but fast Offensive Hold.
is his strongest OH. It's extremely slow though.
is a low OH that allows him to use 8P as a force tech set-up. (-3 on tech, positive on hit)
Critical Burst:
mid punch
Power Blow:
:[[p+k]]: mid punch
Juggles:
Perfect to begin juggling.
seems to be the best ender
works great to send opponents flying to far-away walls
works great after wall splats
is also a good combo ender. Shouldn't be used in neutral game because it's -31 on block, lol
Other notable but unsafe-on-block moves:
i12 jab that stuns in CH.
this crushes lows
this crushes highs
unsafe but has great reach, tood to whiff punish.
Feel free to add and correct things. Enjoy Raidou, he's actually pretty fucking good.
