I wonder if this will be the last pack before LR.

They might release a dlc pack for Christmas were the characters are wearing holdiday themed outfits that aren't just santa outfits. Or release a new casual/Legacy pack in december as a gift to fans for supporting the game.

How much is the whole pack in Europe ?

My guess is same amount as in dollars, except its euros... in otherwords Europe gets shafted once again.
And the chances of getting the costume pack from european psn in the next few days is unlikely :|

UPDATE: all the outfits can be seen on the select a character screen HOWEVER up to this moment there are only a few available for download on the XBL Marketplace... I think I'll check it out again later if everything was already set in place... I can't wait to see my mains on their new halloween outfits.

Actually before they sent another tweet "We did some of rework or changed characters what we think it's best fit with Halloween outfits this year. Still we respect original authors." https://twitter.com/TeamNINJAStudio/status/521968179070111745

However no angry answers or similar were given between their replies, I believe that they are talking in general about various discussions or posts that fans could have sent them on Twitter or FB.

If the fans complain even when they try to listen the requests of who wish for original outfits, fan designs and an attention to all the roster... I don't find so unlikely similar answers. People should learn to be satisfied when there is a (big) improvement, regardless if everything is not 100% as they planned (because nothing is perfect).

I'm sure that they responded to the people who were angry about the sluttier ones and the fact that the guys haven't gotten anything in a long time(which is bullshit, I'll concede) but for the community manager to respond about it more than once means that they have gotten a lot of rage for it.

There are some costumes that I don't like either and others are either lazy or due to time restraints, but overall this pack is a really nice one (and there are costumes for the guys, which everyone was complaining about all year)...also show me just one other fighting game, where fan involvement is so big. Team Ninja really went out of it's way to grant the fans' wishes. We should be a little more thankful and considerate. Thanks, Team Ninja! Overall great work!

Try to do ingame picture with same in render picture pose, because poses are radicaly different from each other and i don't think any comparison can be made to affirm first has cleavage and second one hasn't.

Pay attention to the upper corners of this drawing. It's not for Phase-4, so the designer really WANTS this costume for Kasumi.
This costume is designed by olor しのび
He is a japanese Kasumi Player. Its quite of a DICK move of Team Ninja giving Rachel this as olor しのび truly wants this on his main character Kasumi.

I'm sure this designer can understand this sentence and in a future costume contest he will try to design something that fits better with Kasumi.

TN loves his design, but TN don't want it for Kasumi, for any reason.

Yes, some of the costumes are copy & paste, but the overall pack is really awesome. DOA5 has gotten so much support from its developer and no other 3D fighter can say that. The reason I keep coming back to DOA5 is because of the fan involvement and because Team Ninja keeps supporting the game. New stages, new costumes, new characters, costume contests, creative director showing up to majors, etc. Team Ninja truly loves its fans, but the fans need to realize that they cannot please everyone. No company can.

Also, Eliot looks great. Great work Team Ninja and designers whose designs were put into the game!

Maybe it's just me... but the Jacky and Jann Lee outfits are shitty IMO. Not saying i can do better.. but still..
