Note how my second post contains a quote from a post that no longer exists, indicating that someone posted in between my posts and then deleted said post after I confirmed it was in the wrong section.
It's subjective so just avoid it. I'll generally come down on double posting if it's the same day because our forum doesn't move fast enough to need to bump a post back to the top. You can just edit. The mods are different and most of them don't care. It was my annoyance to begin with and others just sort of rolled with it, which is what mod teams should do.
Also, this is off-topic.

Most likely it's just an annoying amount of extra communication and/or paperwork to deal with. Each time they do something like this they have to legally get it all re-approved, which can be become excessive not to mention embarrassing with the rate at which they release these menial packs. Note the VF women are also sitting this one out, probably for the same reason.

I personally think it looks ok. I like how she tends to get black versions of some outfits (like the santas and aprons) and while Phase 4 also gets black, the only reason for that is so people can tell her apart from the original Kasumi. Rachel gets black for no specific reason but it sets her apart from the other doa girls.

The thing is, black is Christie's favorite color based on her stats in the doax games. Based on her cheerleader* and ninja pack outfits, I'm guessing Rachel's favorite color is gold.
Thinking about it now, I like how Christie tends to wear white despite liking black due to her hair and eyes.

Yeah i remember back when the schoolgirl outfits were done at least they had the decency to make Mila's look a little more rough and tumble.
This pack already loses points with me for reminding me of that godawful alt hairstyle they gave mila....ewwwww.
That neatly combed hair just....doesn't work on mila. She usually as a messier casual hairstyle.
it reminds me of when they try to comb Bart or Calvin's hair. It just looks WRONG.
seriously every time i see that terrible alt hairstyle, I'm all
but scruffing up the dress a little bit would require effort, which TN detests at this point.
