Doa3 emulation is pretty decent these days through xemu, and even better, you can use the community patches for doa3++ if you choose.

No it doesn't need a remake at all. Im not even interested in REmake4. 4 is perfect the way it is. Tank controls and all, it fits the game.

Input delay is real. Also the 5600xt isn't really a bad card these days. The martket for rdna2 and 30 series nvidia cards is horrible rn anyway. Your rdna1 card has plenty of life in it as a 1080p/60 card
