I see people doing Parsec for DOA now. That's pretty dope. That might solve the problem for DOA5LR's lack of lobby on PC because you can get consistent matches with it.
Though you definitely need a beefy net bandwidth and a general good PC to run it.

Nier Automata is on sale on Steam. Though be prepared to find ways to make it run efficient since it's not optimized properly, as it was mostly tailored for consoles during it's development.
