    I decided to play around with Rachel and holy shit I feel bad for DOA players who mains heavyweight characters. It's a uphill battle dealing with faster characters.

    Rachel can survive, the others generally can't if you had to get the exact base down and tools. They are viable, but the conditions to get the ball rolling is usually dealing with heavy yomi and at times, pure guesswork, and speed differences. Rachel has answers for i9 characters.

    Yes you have to guess on T7 but it's not as forceful as DOA.

    Well RyuJin dropped DOA6 for good and now I'm bored playing DOA6. No more playing the magnificent version of DOA6 until I build me a PC..... T_T

    @DestructionBomb I do play other fighting games like Tekken 7 but getting good takes quite a bit of time. Most of the time when I feel like playing a fighting game I'd play DOA6 because I know the match ups, character's frame data and everything else. Starting all over by moving on to another fighting game is a nightmare and time consuming.

    I know other games such as SamSho and Tekken had theirs improved on, but this was solely on a priority list and demand to which Harada stated. If the demand is not high enough they won't aim for it, for DOA however, it was more or less overshadowed by the demand of other things. There's still hope for improvements on that, but don't expect it to happen. If it happens, it was by pure luck.

    I actually liked DOA4 the most overall (well apart from DOA2U), I just didn't like playing it competitively haha.

    Overthinking a matchup and focusing too much on theory fighter can make it seem that way. This is when you should focus on what the player likes to do, not what the character should be doing optimally.

    VF is technically superior to Tekken, SC and majority of 2D fighters, not just DOA. However, it's the least popular overall. People don't want "technically superior" games. They want stuff like Marvel, SF or Tekken.

    Long story short, YT/Google violated the law so now the FTC wants to incorporate a system that marks videos as made for kids or for adults. This is causing panic because of the restrictions placed on videos that are marked for kids and the FTC's vague definition of what constitutes as "for kids" content. Anyone not flagging their content appropriately is supposedly subject to fines of up to $42K per video.

    Everytime I have a chance to face him he disappears and if I send him invites he ignores them (I watched his stream). It wasn't like this a while back which is insane.

    It seems like this arrogant fool would only respect you if you're some sort of well known demi god of DOA (he won't hesitate going against hoodless or E-Mann LOL).

    I understand you don't want to deal with below average players but don't be an asshole. Funny thing is that I'm not even bad DOA player. It just online is not as good as offline which is why I get thrown off when unrealistic situations happens and the delay forcing me to play a certain crazy way.
