  • This what Marvel's Spider-Man PS4 looks like running on 60fps.

Very cool, but I actually enjoyed Spider-Man in 30fps a ton already. It felt already fast and smooth to me there.
I also suspect I will be opting to play Miles Morales again in 30fps and higher graphical settings on PS5, instead of the also confirmed 60 fps mode.
Saints Row The Third Remastered is giving me 2011 vibes. Damn this game got me thinking about the first time I watch DOA5 pre alpha trailer. My mind was beyond blown LOL. Good times.
Man I hate dreaming about falling into a river and drown. It's even scarier when me and the driver end up going to those elvated highways while water suddenly rises up out of nowhere LOL.

Worse, dreaming about being in the dark in the middle of the ocean. I can't think of many things scarier. Werider thing is that i have a song I love that makes me think of that, lol. Even going out on a boat to the middle of the atlantic or pacific alone would be pretty freaky if you don't know what you're doing.

HOLY shit I thought mines was terrifying LOL.
Imagine a modern 3D fighting game with no silly 2D style super moves (meters, comeback mechanics, etc...)
I'll go ahead and compete in HoodLesS tournament tomorrow. Although, I don't think I'm ready yet because I haven't been doing good lately. I don't know whats going on.
According to Street Fighter fans, SFV is considered the worst in the series. Is it true?

SF5 can't be the worst. It was the first to get my preferences in a female character right (Falke).

It's definitely SF1, with SF3 New Generation and vanilla SSF2 not too far behind IMO.

They definitely didn't play SF1 then, the gameplay is very, very sluggish, like, I legit have no idea how to do fireballs and dp's in that game at will and its not only me that has that issue with it, also, cpu opponents are much faster than you are, its such a bad game. Good thing that a sequel ended up existing, which was a great game and a huge success for Capcom and the true birth of SF.

The issue with V is its reliance on the Vtrigger to do interesting shit+Counter. Vreversals aren't that good except for a select few. 4/3/A had the better mechanics. It didn't feel rich get richer thus low tiers didn't feel like a waste of time. At least you were forced to do something in previous SFs.
Street Fighter V reminds me of DOA but worse. nO ThRoW BrEaKs? NNNooooooooooo! LOL.
I love how Tekken 7 has low latency, good netcode, rock soild framerate and best of all....... No break holds. You fucking up you deserve the punishment! No escape! LOL

Tekken's netplay is generally better, still doesn't warrant as "good netcode" though. A key factor to Tekken's console problems is severe loading times on top of it. If you want the best experience from the series, PC is the way to go.

Tekken 7's netcode is shit to be honest. Quite frankly at this point, if it's not rollback, it's not really "good". And yeah, Tekken 7's load times are horrendous as well.

The only standards we should be setting is Rollback Netcode, training options beyond a dojo, and diverse character rosters that can fit playstyles for people of all skill levels. These characters should intimately be able to explain their gameplan to you. Fantasy Strike did this well imo The main motivation I've noticed is a connection to your character for them to speak your mind on everything.
LMAO! Remember this? >>>>"At Ubisoft for a long time we wanted to push 60 fps. I don't think it was a good idea because you don't gain that much from 60 fps and it doesn't look like the real thing. It's a bit like The Hobbit movie, it looked really weird."

They want you to have that 24fps cinematic experience. :)

Yes. There are executives are ubisoft who think like this and push it as a mandate across their console releases, even though they have the ability to go 60+ fps. They are truly out of touch with reality.

Here it go......you're constantly thinking about making a wise decision and asking yourself, "Hmmm should I risk it by throwing out mid punch/mid kick? Damn...mid punch...BAM! Another attack....BAM! And another! Hold comes out...wrong guess BAM! oh shit wait a minute! Your opponent holds again....BANG!!! CB! Now this is your chance to punish! High risk high rewards baby!

You do the same on DOA6 but you realized all that high risk high rewards shit goes right out the window when your opponent use a silly little game mechanic called break holds......goofy ass game LMAO!

I use to find it ironic that some of the opinionated very small amount of players mentioned DOA5 being artificial difficulty, and yet break hold holds things for you lol which is heavily far more artificial lol. Relying on meter for a special hold is technically artificial.

Least other games revolve around it though.

Granted I understand that DOA is a series where the moment you get stunned, you have to make guesswork based on stun implementations, I think DOA3 and DOA5 (except vanilla) was the middle ground of it all where they sorta did things right. I'd like to see the tests of actual good step/freestep evasion, throw breaks on NH, and rollback netplay (which probably won't happen lol).

Back in 2011, I thought about checking out Bayonetta until I found out that the PS3 verison was terrible which made me avoid it. Fortunately, there's a polished PS4 verison (running in 60fps all the time btw) in PS store for $26 and I'm going to buy it.
I bought a dualshock 4 for $15 on ebay so I can use it for just spare parts. It turns out that every button works 100% except the bootleg battery life is complete booty cheeks because I only get 3 hours before its time to charge it.
I wish there was a way to copy save data and online rank progress from console to PC.

Correct. I don't want to start all over on certain games.

But wouldn’t that take like a double link? Since your PC account is separate from your PSN account. Meaning the rank and all have to get transferred from an account on a different console to a separate account on a separate console. It would be quite impossible to do that.

It would require the game having its own cloud-like platform (Something like EA's Origin or Access as an example) along with an agreement between Valve, Sony, Microsoft & Nintendo. However, Microsoft & PC should be able to transfer stuff between PC & XBone.
DualShock 4 is the equivalent of a cheap pair of knock off beats headphones. I take it apart to fix the analog stick and then another problem occurs. My original Xbox controllers last way longer.

It's why when it comes to fighting games, I use an arcade stick/hitbox or Hori pads (especially Hori pads for when I use to play DOA6, including 5). Whereas for dualshocks, I play other genres with it.

It's always the triggers or the dpad for me, my R2 is fucked from all the racing games i play

You guys sound unlucky (or rough with your DS4's). I get very good mileage out of it and the XBone controller. Admittedly, they're not really designed for fighting games since it's a niche genre. Yeah, fight sticks or fight pads are the way to go.
Playing bad and struggling to improve my fundamentals on DOA used to stress me out so bad that I thought about giving up and move on to something else but now I don't give a damn anymore LOL. I just play the game (DOA6) and get enjoyment out of it. Unfortunately, this enjoyment won't last long as other fighting games are grabbing my attention.

Your effort is being disrespected due to all the obstacles 6's mechanics provide against good players. Half the people that can beat me in 6(Not even convincingly), cannot beat me at all in 5. Whether I use VF characters or not. Vice versa too. People that are better than me in 5, I can beat them in 6 like nothing. The game helps certain habits. Not sure exactly what they might be though

The good thing is that you are being honest to yourself. You merely came to a realization is all. As they say, there are better titles out there.

Explore other games out there that might just tap to your real potential, as much as people refuse to admit it, there is better titles out there. DOA is not the master of 3D fighting games.
