    It was just a thought, but do you think Bass should have a parry considering he's the slowest in the game? He is after all a grappler. Also since meter was taken out it may do him good against characters like nico, mai, and kasumi who love to go auto pilot.

    Fighting games that dictate a non-universal jab speed typically give the slow character a few gimmicks to circumvent the lack of speed. Wolf and Astaroth getting armor is a good example.

    Armor isn't a thing in DOA, but Sabaki's are. Only issue with Sabaki's on this engine is they lose to throws, which is somewhat horseshit and makes the situation a bit too simplified to be considered competitive at an intellectual level.

    I've always felt he should have a 10F low damage OH that gives him like +5.
