Ultra Street Fighter IV battle: Decapre vs Hugo

@Rich Nixon - Couldn't really tell you to be honest as I didn't use him much in SF III 3rd Strike however he seems much different though considering he slower in USF4 and got some nerfs on some of his good stuff and certain set ups.

Shouldn't it be FÜR? I think somethink like FUR doesn't even exist in German.

Decapre is fucking awesome.

Maybe on the next edition that comes out within 2 years cause you know it's going to happen lol. I was honestly hoping for characters like Urien, Gill, Karin, or Alex to be the 5th character, but we got Decapre but she good too though.

When's Karin?
