@David gregg - Capture devices recorded on the consoles are not recorded in 60 FPS regardless. Any conversation does 0 changes. 60 FPS can be achieved if the actual "Raw" file recorded was 60 FPS. That Batman video in the non media was true 60 FPS because it was recorded using Black Magic for the PC. There are slight peaks spike in this video.

I can tell the difference. Maybe that's because I've seen this video in 30 and 60fps. Lol

If there's any difference it's very subtle. There are other vids where the 60 fps change is night and day.
