Oh you guy's got it all backwards oops. I am teaching the other Hitomi. Also just uploaded this out of boredom just to test uploading stuff to media here. Now I know to upload actually legit stuff or I am going to be critiqued super srs here lol

Well he has improved alot since I played him months ago and I notice slight improvements everytime I've played a set with him in 5U. I can't really comment on his "teacher" since I don't know who he is.

I've played Xavier too Force. I really never judge his Hitomi due to the fact I won every match or at least he majority of them. I'm not saying he is a scrub or that he is terrible. He is a ok player but if that's his teacher........... Uh idk.... That teacher wasn't really showing much.

To be fair Aka, I've played Xav1er, and his Hitomi isn't half bad. He just has a few holes and habits that might hinder him a bit. This video simply probably wasn't the best exhibition of such. He does space very well.

That's your Hitomi teacher? He wasn't showing off much. Like, Hadez said, you both look very new to her. I only saw PPPs. No low mix ups like 1k6p2k or pp6p2. Hell, I never even saw pp2kk. No critical bursts or critical burst setups. In all honesty you guys look like you have no idea what you are doing....

Thanks for posting this. I will have to agree with GodlyHades and say that your teacher played Hitomi in a very rudimentary way and seemed to only get damage off of 6KKK's, PPP's and Holds. Checkout how someone like Step Live plays Hitomi. There was a pretty amazing Hitomi player in my scene quite a while ago named AngryWorm. Plays the character to near perfection. I have a decent handle on Hitomi too and have a good idea on what works with her. You're actually pretty good with her and do some things quite well but there are some holes here or there. If you can fill those holes you'll be great with her. You also need to watch the constant 9H-ing at disadvantage. You leave yourself very vulnerable if it fails.

I also can't take a Hitomi that spams PPP seriously because that move is nothing more than an online lag tactic. PP6PK is much nicer in a pinch, and 8PK6PK is godly by a wall. The iffy thing about Hitomi is that a lot of her moves feel overly effective online so it's trickier to discern legit tactics.

Also Hitomi is a mix up character which I see you trying it play with her with mix ups which is good for learning, while your master didn't mix up either. I don't know what he was doing honestly it looked like you both were new to the character.

I don't want to get into your masters ''play'' but I don't think thats how HItomi's supposed to be played as. Look up Step Live he's a really good Hitomi top of his class, and Vanessa. Those are the ones I can name at the top of my head. But as you can see im critizing hard beacuse he kept doing teh same moves over and over, no critical bursts (which are easy with Hitomi) not alot of Juggles with HItomi and he didn't do alot of low factors which Hitomi players love. So that is my rundown on this battle, I honestly thing he doesn't know much either. Excuse me if you find this harsh but I'm just trying to say this in a friendly way. The only reason he won was because he predicted your PPP set up by doing lots of high counters, and your not learning anything usefull either.
