It's probably safe to say that Lisa will be Ramlethal (skin tone), Marie Rose will be Platinum (lolis), and Mila will be Makoto (tomboys/brawlers).
Helena could either be Litchi or Mu, but I'm hoping for Litchi. Phase-4 seems like she will get whichever Helena is not.
If my predictions are wrong, then that's cool too. I know absolutely nothing about arc systems. I just googled the names people have been dropping. My predictions are purely aestetic, but I believe TN's are as well...

I think there will be another pack after this. From what I read, this is the only 16 costume pack for this pass with the rest being 17 costumes which means all girl packs with the 17 KT owned girls.

I dont know who the character she's dressed up as but are you saying Rachel hates her part fiend nature? Because I always thought she was PROUD of her fiend blood based on the fact that one of her victory quotes has her mocking her opponent for being human (including the non-humans like Nyo or Alpha but lets not overthink that).

Momiji as Baiken does make some level of sense but not from what they have gone through(because no DOA girl fits Baiken), but more of the bits of personality, especially with Baiken with the bits she had in Relevator.
I think Rachel as Millia is a bit off...until you get to their primary goal: Rachel wants revenge against the Fiends for the fact that her sister was kidnapped and forced to become one meanwhile Rachel is in just as much danger of becoming a Fiend.
Millia is also hunting for revenge against Zato(until Relevator) for reasons I forgot lol but she too suffers from the fact that the ability she has gained(which is in the same category as Zato's) can potentially kill her.
It's a long shot but to be frank, I think both Arc-Sys and Team Ninja didn't care for WHO got the outfits as more what characters' costumes would be part of it at all(because let's be frank, Nyotengu is as off from Dizzy as the Moon is from the Earth, doesn't matter for me though)

I can see momiji as baiken design wise. Her outfit fits momiji. But why didn't they change the hair color as well? They are being rather inconsistent with that.
