DoAGame Tani answered: "Thank you. Stay tuned. Halloween is coming closer."

Maybe, the release of the outfits will be later this month?!!

In TGS 2015 they announced the date to be Oct. 11, which was shown in the original post of mine. Then they corrected the date to Oct. 13 on twitter since the update always comes on Tuesday.

I was every year disappointed with Eliot's Halloween costumes. I bought none of them... Wait, that's not true. I eventually bought the pirate costume but I never used it once. :/
