Not sure if you saw it, but the user Ert Bert on twitter made notice how both the outfits seem to have clear similarities with past designs submitted from the fans:

(however I believe that the second tweeted teaser is not showing Hayabusa but a female character, maybe Ayane?)

Maybe Team NINJA is using other fans submissions or at least is getting inspiration from them?

I'm pretty excited for this pack if even being an only females one (however now there is some doubts), it will end to use cool/fighter outfits that are not focused only on a sexy clichè and period ^^

The skin doesn't seem to me so dark for being Lisa (and the lightning of the Scramble lower lever already "burn" the colors), however I could be wrong.

I think the opposite... they split it into two and Raidou/Alpha aren't getting anything because reasons. It's a shame really, no one even picks the guys online, feels like wasted effort.

Exactly my thoughts. It just makes sense to me:

If both the May and June pack have the superhero theme, it will most likely contain all characters (barring Raidou and Alpha), since they will release 32 more costumes in total.

I'll concede the second a male costume is revealed, because the 32 minus Raidou/Alpha is plausible, but given the ratio in which TN releases costumes for females:males.... like 4:1, I'm still leaning toward 2 all female packs (16 > All females minus Sarah,Pai, Alpha)

Reason: Sarah & Pai are frequently skipped in packs not involving Halloween or Swimsuits. TN satisfied the ratio just by gaming males, Raidou & Alpha a costume in the Ninja pack, so they're set for about another 4 packs by TN logic, lol.

Haha Kronin it was just a guess. It just made the most sense to me. I would've not been surprised honestly if this was a femaly-only pack. But I'm glad to see the males get more attention this time around.
