Is there a better way to change lip color than paint brushing over the color in gimp?

Can someone tell them to release the outfits individually like sane people? This is fucking ridiculous.
I doubt it was Steam making that call. Just take a look at Train Simulator's DLC. And that's for a game that less people will be playing and buying than DOA, and yet they're still content to unload all the armies of hell. My guess is that KT thought they could reap in the extra bucks by making people buy absurdly priced bundles rather than the few select costumes they actually wanted to buy (and reality is so cruel they're probably right). It's most likely that Steam (or someone higher up) was kind of wanting to avoid the "DLC clutter" that affected the PS3/360.
But yeah wish they would at least make the whole costume packs separate.

You could use that to capture animation footage. Make it a unique color like 255, 0, 255 and it makes for easy sprite creation or animations.
