"on the the free set, it says that this is avaible to download with the PURCHASE of Dead or Alive 5 Last Round". So this could effectively be a bonus for who purchased the free digitial edition of DoA5LR at least on Xbox One. In every case this could be far from meaning that the DLC bonus will be available free and/or at the launch for everyone, so sorry for my possible misinformation.
Like I already said, it's better to wait proper announcements before to get conclusions.
Street fighter did an animal costume thing not too long ago, hopefully these turn out better. actually that's implying these are even real i mean i hope they're but the fact no women are mentioned is suspect as fuck.
Of course the rumor wanted imply that all the packs after the "animals" will be dedicated to 10-12 female characters + the 2 guys, exactly as happened with the Police and Christmas DLC (TN would continue such trend after that people asked for male outfits). Considering that the females are always included in the DLC packs, is more worthy of mention to put the focus on the male characters included.
Also, if the rumor is true, I thought that TN could make use of some fandesigns: after all we have already seen bride Marie Rose, Military Bayman and Kimono used in both the competitions (even in the Halloween pack there were examples of it and one time I reminded to TN as Kasumi and Ayane already got a Kimono render in the CG art from DoA2).

@TOBMAST3R, people asked for getting tuxedo, belly dancer/genie outfits and kimono; animals are popular funny/cool costumes in Japan, just as bride is another popular sexy theme for them. So if also the rumor was fake this is surely well thought because effectively realistiic (but I definitely hope that is true).
But again, a shame for the VF characters and Alpha-152, always outside from eveything.

Well, I bet that they will try to make as much DLS as possible before PC version release guys. They are pretty afraid to see their DLC market goes down due to piratage, so it would be a tactical decision to make as much money as possible before that. I also see it as reason why they delayed PC version.
TN stated more times on Facebook that they are delaying the game for improving the quality of the PC version and that this time the late is uniquely their responsability and they are sorry for it (differently from what happens usually with Sony store).
Or this mean that the PC will get unique features, or maybe as people hypotised the game version was really planned to be the old gen one, but seeing the great success of the preorders TK decided to release for PC the actual ultimate version as released on PS4 and Xbox One.
