he literally zoomed past it, like he did with most outfits. the stream was kinda shit cause you can literally tell he was playing it because he *had* to and complained about having been playing it for over an hour and how much he wanted to go home. which is why most of the screen caps are costume icons, he didn't even let them load on the character. kinda pissed about it tbh.

Hey guys, look! It's Raidou's third outfit... his C1 but with red skin and no shirt!
His recolors are sooo lame and lazy. XD He might be the first DOA character ever, that doesn't even have a second costume.
TN really went all out, designing him and Honoka for Last Round, lol. XD
Desert Marauder Leon!! Fuck yeah. Now we just need Necrotengu.
Raidou, Kasumi Alpha, Bankotsubo, Genra, Alpha-152, and Shiden all just had three palette swaps of the same outfit in DOAD.
In DOA4, Bankotsubo only had two palette swaps of the same outfit, and SPARTAN had seven palette swaps of the same thing.
In DOA5 and DOA5U, Alpha-152 had three and four (respectively) palette swaps of the same thing.
But yeah, Raidou will likely have the same treatment in LR.

Aw, I was really hoping for Helena's swan costume. 
But if she got this costume's bun, then it's worth not getting the swan costume.

I swear, the guy in the stream skips the new costumes on purpose. He looks at nearly every costume, just not the new ones. And he doesn't go near the costume selection of Ein and Zack at all. XD By now we could have seen all the costumes. Poor @Mr. Wah and @Cr!msonWarrior

So all thats left now are Bass, Ein, and Zack. from the previous choices its seems TN went with either casual attire for some characters and combat attire for others which gives some indication on what the rest will get...
Bass- King Bass(its a forgone conclusion this will make it in. the other entry is more of a halloween costume and we already have a crapload of pirate outfits in this game.)
Ein-Orange wanderer outfit( Like bass's other entry the general costume seems more suited for halloween and doesn't really suit ein for either casual or combat so I see them going with the orange wanderer outfit for him...plus it would make a good match vid setup for marauder leon vs wanderer ein in the desert wastland stage since they were the two new male additions in DOA2 along with being two of the cut non-boss characters in vanilla 5)
Zack-Black overalls outfit with the white hair/goatee(I can see them not giving him the hair/goatee but will keep the rest of the outfit in tack as it suits zack more than the michael jackson-esque design of his other submission)

The guy is now so annoyed, that he just selects random character and costume and every time girls in skimpy clothing are chosen by the computer. XD (Probably because 80% of the game's costumes are bikinis or fetish wear by now.) Everyone new to DOA must really think, this game is just for perverts.

Agreed, despite the positive review in gameplay mechanics from ShackNews, the video they presented will still keep that general perception of the game as fanservice first and fighting game second. I'm rather disappointed with the stream.
