TN has definitely shifted into the fantasy world with the DLC characters (a cyborg, a tengu, and a loli?! :O) so I have my doubts this new girl will be any different. I feel like she'll probably be more in line with an anime character with an off-the-wall fighting style.

Well it depends on the kind of character TN wants to create. For instance, if she ends up being Isabella like these fake rumors, or at least a powerful latina business woman, I can see her wearing something like...
If she's just a random moe with enormous boobs, the clothes she'll wear won't matter.

Actually this is exactly I imagine the new babe.

They didn't say she won't have her hair dyed so it can be any ethnicity lol. Whites aren't the only ones with blond hair, there's also dark skin races with natural blond hair as well, but that's less likely. It's most likely going to be either an Asian or White girl, all other races get ignored. Remember Itagaki added Lisa not Hayashi lol. It would be totally funny if it is Irene, with everyone getting Ninja'd by TN lol.
Edit: However, TN may copy both Killer Instinct and Tekken who both came out with their Latin female character. Maya on Killer Instinct is Latina and she doesn't have dark hair.

This is a japanese company we're talking about, the female will be either asian or white other races don't exists in their world and since TN already met their quota of at least having one black male and female they won't be adding anymore black characters either in the series ever... sorry bruhs
