Yeah, I'm pretty disappointed that they made her i7 punish throw a reset throw.

Bankotsubo didn't even have a punish throw because his options were either an i5 breakable or an i8. I was hoping they'd change the i8 to i7 and have it serve as her punish throw, but instead they made it even slower for some reason (i10) and gave her an i7 reset throw.

Now a reset throw would be cool if it actually gave her enough advantage to do anything, but based on what I've seen in various gameplay videos, it doesn't appear to, making her throw punish game even worse than it already was in DOA4/DOAD.

Hopefully I'm wrong, but that's what 6T looks like so far and we don't currently know what the advantage is after she lands it. Or at least I haven't seen it.

On the plus side, she can punish holds better than Bankotsubo could, due to acquiring his low ceiling throw and gaining a new high ceiling throw, that both lead to good damage.

I agree with all of this just thought the whole not going to buy any of the other stuff because of the maid pack was overreacting. Didn't mean anything bad from it.

Online forums are full of strong opinions unfiltered, FSD is no different. Don't give up on it, you will find people you like.

Hopefully, it's just everyone seems so analytical and critical about things that i really don't see should be that big of a fuss. But maybe i just don't care enough. Thanks anyway i appreciate your kindness.

Did you play Xillia? Despite being a Tales fan, I never did love the battle system until Xillia came out. It's much-improved battle system is amazing, and definitely the best of the series. One of the few games I can actually say I enjoyed level-grinding in, because the battles were just so dang fun.
