The broken english is what worries me. Not just TN, but possibly the asker as well. Also, without the exact tweet, we're all just guessing as to what's been said. Personally, I need some proof before I believe there will be more characters, which is why I want to see the tweet
Sarah is just trash all around. Even in VF, she's trash.
Yeah, I don't really care much for broken English announcements, so with the fact that a bundle pack of all three DLC characters is releasing with the third one and the fact that there's no more room on the roster, I think it's a safe bet that this is it.

I dunno, it's just some people have this stigma she's the devil and if you've been playing vf a long as i have you'll notice she's very linear and all her ways to open you up are either really non damaging tick throws or VERY seeable lows and her zoning game isn't that good either
people over hype her way too much

If I use Lion or Aoi against Sarah in VF, it's over.

a) no character is trash
b) Lol, she was really bad in vf which is why i'm okay with her s-tier status
c) the only reason she's scary is due to the fact she now has a stun game so you really need to be more patient when dealing with her and she does very solid damage in most cases. She also has vf frames which make her more annoying to deal with due to her safety which is why she's higher up on the tier lists in this game. I still believe to this point many people don't have a high understanding on how she works or how linear she actually is.
this basically. besides the other reason sarah is good in this game is now she can counter attack back so she's more or less

Unless I use the character frequently, they are trash to me, because I can beat them. Sarah is no different. She's not scary at all, because she's easy as fuck to counter. Sarah in VF was like, what, upper mid tier at best. Ha! And he shouldn't be disappointed. Nyotengu brings back an updated Tengu-Do fighting style, the Tengu personality, and a beautiful new character design. Personally, he should be grateful.
