A trap would totally add some variety to the cast. And with Team Ninja knowing how to make incredibly gorgeous females, it may be possible that the trap would the most attractive on in video game history.

Team Ninja has been very gracious to DOA fans. I think out of all the current 3D fighters, we're the only community still getting DLC. Is it pricey? Yes. Is it exactly what we want? Yes and no. Regardless of what this Tengu character is, we should be grateful that Team Ninja is still giving life to DOA5U.

we should be happy they're milking the fans who are unable to think with anything but their dick?

Yeah tbh they don't really HAVE to give us anything else.

Gaming is a business and you can't please everyone. Obviously, people are buying costumes, me being one of them. People bought Marie Rose. It may be milking to you, but to Team Ninja, it's added income to give us things like new characters, costumes, and stages.

Yeah tbh they don't really HAVE to give us anything else.
They honestly really don't. There is already so much OPTIONAL DLC for this game it's insane. I bought majority of it and whenever I get some extra cash, I'll continue to buy the DLC. I just really like costumes, but also, it allows me to personalize my DOA experience.

It's going to be a woman b/c $$$. Don't worry they'll play catch up like they did with Rachel and Momiji and make sure she has all the latest and greatest copy-paste fetish outfits. :/

I hope she isn't possessed. I always feel bad for those characters who are nice and kind but is latter forced to do evil

I felt even more bad for Painwheel from Skullgirls

Could be like shura in sc4 who enjoys the possession.

The cheap swap and color costume DLCs are anything but love from TN. It IS milking on the cheapest possible level cauz they are ridiculously overpriced and uninspired for what you got. So yeah, that is milking. Defending it with "you don't have to buy it" is a lame excuse because for that amount of money people already pumped into TKs money bag (for like 2 years now), you should except muuuuuch more original content. Not to mention the copy paste private paradise from a months old handheld port with content from a years old title (DOAX2) lol. Sorry but stuff like that should be free, not just stages. Cauz the effort here to make that was nearly 0.

Anyways, stuff like the steampunk outfits. That's original and cool. I really liked them. TN CAN do better but most of the time they don't want to.

And don't come with "but you got Rosemary". That was a one in a million DLC for DOA5U and still overpriced especially when you can't even unlock additional costumes for her. I welcomed it but of course, in typical DOA5 DLC style the pricing isn't fair and totally not made "for the fans".

So what does fanservice mean to TK? Ripping you off and releasing one good thing every few months so no one "has the right to complain", right? At least that's my pov.

I'm not condoning the copy and paste costume packs we just got before, I'm just saying with all the past dlc we got before they don't really have to give us anything. But of course demanding and needy fans wouldn't understand

So sorry, but unless they are literally forcing you to buy the content, it isn't really milking.

Yeah the point that they don't have to give us anything has been made quite a bit. And we all get it. So now what's the point in saying that? Should we just stop all discussion? As far as I know, fans of something typically want more of that thing. And when you want more of something, you want it to be good and worth your time and money. I love Beyoncé and Drunk In Love is my jam, but I can't listen to that forever. Shit gets stale.

So we're all aware that they don't have to give us shit, but as fans of the game we'll continue to discuss what we'd like to see next from DOA5U, and we'll probably complain when what we're given isn't worth our time or money. And that's not completely unjustified.

Yes, I'm sure everyone is very grateful that TN continues to contribute towards the development of the series through DLC, unlike other fighting games out there.

So you're thinking, "why are these fans so needy? Why can't they appreciate TN's efforts?". However, the fact that TN isn't giving what the majority of Tengu fans want according to the latest teasers negates the positive intentions of TN to begin with. In this case, TN is giving a different kind of life to DOA which the majority of Tengu fans didn't ask for.

If you can't stand Tengu, then fine, move on. I've tried to reason with you in the past but to no avail. That's ok, I respect your opinion to leave if the real Tengu was released. However, according to these teasers, TN seems to be completely transforming the Tengu which the fans wanted. Now you tell me, why fix what isn't broken? Tengu was in demand, so why transform Tengu into something that isn't Tengu anymore? Who's going to benefit from this? And you say that the reinvention of Tengu will appeal to casual fans? What if the original would also be appealing to these fans? TN isn't giving a chance for us to find out at this point. And I don't see how this can be a successor of Tengu if nothing seems to resemble Tengu at this point other than the mask. If more teasers come out and they do resemble Tengu more, then fine I'm wrong. But at this point the teasers have really peed off Tengu fans, and they have a right to be peed off.

So you're upset that you can't get Raidou. Ok, that's sad, I feel bad for you. Doesn't mean you have to bash players who want someone else you despise so unhealthily.

In the nicest way possible, don't look down on these fans just because they stand for a character which you in particular don't want. They've been asking for Tengu for ages, and I can feel their disappointment through their teasers, because in SCV Cassandra wasn't released, and that was my main character.

I hope you don't think I'm being mean to you only in particular, because I'm not trying to. I'm sorry if you think I sound really rude through this post, or have upset you in any way. Through the previous posts where I've asked you questions and replied to you, you can see that I've never tried to upset you or talk down on you. I respect your opinion, so why is it so hard for you to do the same for others?
