Nice. It fits the characters. I like the shape.
It's probably just me but the colors look a bit redundant for Marie-Rose (it's always red, black or white).
I would use pastel pink instead of red in order to make it look like a cake dress, but again that's just a fantaisy.
Hmmmmm Marie-Rose I wanna eat you.

No, is allowed just 1 for person (read the rules).
The outift of Kodachi remind me vaguely the one of a Flamenco dancer, even for the colors scheme used. But I think that the idea of KwonJigglypuff to use pastel colors could work very well too.
Someone make Ryu Hayabusa: The Technicolor Ninja.
It would help if they weren't buried in a 98 page thread.

@Kodachi I think it's okay, you don't have to change everything. What did you have in mind for the theme ?
"Rose of blood" was the theme but i guess it didn't read that way lol
Other Ideas i had were Ballerina, Neko, Soviet soldier.

It looks perfect @Kodachi (it will be up there in TN's finals for sure) all you need to do is finish coloring it in. It does NOT need a mantle and I have no clue what he means by gaps?

It wasn't a critique but just an invite to read them because from your answer I realized that you were unaware of the rules.
By the way the rules are written in the picture attached to the opening post (of course I talk about the TN contest thread): TN only linked them in their announcement, but I decided to repeat them (posting anyway the list-rule picture) just for giving more visibility to the regulation for everyone opening the thread.

Quick sketch of Milas costume I did during lunch break. I think ill move one of those leg bands higher, and I forgot to draw the belt. next is a Leon sketch. nnext time I sketch Mila, ill try the tight pants. gonna keep posting sketches for feedback, and refining the two costumes based on that.

Not bad, but I'd like to see it stray from his C1 even a bit more. Maybe if the hood were down, or if the hoodie had some red/orange on it.

I can dig it. I say, unzip the jacket halfway, hood down (like his skeleton halloween costume), rolled sleeves. Silver necklace, and wrapped hands or some sort of fighting or fingerless gloves?
Edit: Nvm I agree with everyone else that it almost is too "like" him to wear something like that.
How about a fully unzipped leather jacket with that outfit, no shirt, and a pair of slacks... giving him the Leon Kennedy treatment which isn't allowed in the contest but it's not entirely the same
Jake from RE6 would be my inspiration for Rig designs cause they look alike.
