My mic was pretty loud so adjust your volume if necessary.
To get a few questions out of the way immediately:
You need all three endings for the character you're using. You get them by beating the game and not doing an Ultra against your rival (the fight before Fulgore), by doing an Ultra against your rival but NOT against Fulgore, and the final one by doing an Ultra against your rival AND Fulgore.
That step out of the way, head into Arcade with that same character and set it to Medium difficulty. Do not change the round time for two reasons. First, it's glitchy and only affects the first match anyway. Second, if your goal is to just run out the time on the AI with an exploit that makes them not attack, it doesn't work. I tried it for kicks and to save the headache and you won't fight Shadow Jago.
I got an Ultra or Supreme Victory on all but one character who I got neither on. You cannot lose even one match. If you retry at all, just quit and start over. You also MUST Ultra your rival character. If you're successful at these things Fulgore will get X'd out as if you fought him and it'll skip right to Shadow Jago.
The start of the clip shows the only confirmed Ultimate in the game and the rest is me beating him. Only five attempts so I feel pretty accomplished, even if I did lame him out pretty hard.
